Our receptionists will take care of your children during your treatment if requested.
Konami works on Tuesdays,Thursdays, Fridays.

Ai works on Saturdays.

 

 

 

　　DEAR NEW CLIENTS

1.We ask all clients to answer the interview sheets before the first treatment.
Please print the sheets from the pdf file below, or just come to our clinic 20 minutes before your reservation time to fill in.

2.We prepare gowns and pants for you to change for chiropractic treatment.

3.We ask everyone to pay the treatment fee in cash before the session. Credit cards are not available.

Monday to Saturday.

9:30〜12：30　　14：00〜18：30

Dr.Hiroshi Yamada will be giving treatments until 8p.m. on weekdays.

Closed on Sundays, Public Holidays, 1st, 3rd and 5th Mondays
　　FEE SCHEDULE

(1) We ask all patients to pay in cash at the time of each visit.

(2) We do not participate in the National Health Insurance scheme(Hoken).

(3) First Visit Fee applies if it has been more than 1 year since your last visit.

(4)Please call us at least 24hours in advance to change or cancel your appointment, otherwise we will ask for a full session fee.

 

Chiropractic Treatment

From April 1st, we discontinue the use of the 5-session ticket. We
appreciate that many of our clients have been taking advantage
of this discount, and we will honour all outstanding 5 session
tickets until their expiry date.

To make the transition smoother, we will offer one subsequent treatment at the same price as the one session fee of a 5 session ticket.
